RIVER BLUFF COVID-19 UPDATED RESPONSE
Notice - October 11, 2020
Since Mid-January 2020, the management team at River Bluff Apartment Homes has been monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation carefully and has been taking proactive measures for our team members and residents in accordance with the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the La Crosse County Health Department. In light of the recent rise of positive cases of COVID-19 in our county and in an ongoing effort to protect and maintain the health of our residents and Team Members, please note the following operational changes at River Bluff Apartment Homes effective immediately:
We require all interested renters to view virtual tours of the property before booking an in-person tour. The management office will continue to be closed to the public and meetings with the community manager will be by appointment only, via phone or video conference. You may schedule a virtual video meeting with the community manager by visiting https://go.oncehub.com/Riverbluff.
To maintain our residents’ and team members’ safety, we will also not be entering apartment homes for non-emergency service requests until further notice. If a maintenance team member does need to enter your home for an emergency repair, we require that you are NOT in the apartment at the time of service. This will reduce the likelihood of spreading any virus load between team members and residents. Team members will always wear a mask when in your apartment home and will sanitize any areas they have touched before leaving. Residents must also complete a health questionnaire before any service takes place. Service will not be completed if a resident of that apartment home has any of the following symptoms:
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
New loss of taste or smell
These decisions are based on direction from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and our local La Crosse County Health Department. The single best method to slow the pace of infection is for people to have less direct or close contact with other people, along with the enhanced cleaning protocols, which we have already implemented.
Our team will continue to disinfect and sanitize common areas regularly, but we ask that you help us be stewards of our community as well by limiting your time in laundry rooms and hallways as much as possible. We STRONGLY encourage you to wear masks and practice social distancing when in the laundry rooms and hallways.
We know our residents depend on us to provide the comforts of home, particularly during uncertain times, and will continue to operate with that at the forefront of our minds. Our focus during this challenging time is to ensure you feel supported, and that you understand these shifts are out of an abundance of caution for your own health and safety, as well as that of our Team Members.
Above all, thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate this unprecedented time.
